Spacious Living at Villa Clementina
Villa Clementina offers three elegantly appointed double bedrooms, each designed to provide the utmost in comfort and privacy.
- Left bedroom: located on the ground floor, this spacious room features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a private garden with a private heated mini pool.
- Right bedroom: Also on the ground floor, this room includes a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a modern bathtub with fireplace, and a private outdoor space.
- Upper bedroom: situated on the second floor, this luxurious room offers a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and an expansive outdoor terrace with panoramic views of the Puglia countryside and a heated mini pool.
The villa’s common areas include a spacious living room with comfortable seating, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining area that opens onto the outdoor terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. Access to the main swimming pool (heated during winter) and the tennis court is included and shared with Villa Cosimina.

Terms and Conditions
To secure your reservation, we request a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 60 days before your arrival.
The deposit can be made via bank transfer.
Additionally, a security deposit of €1,000 is required one week before your arrival, payable through PayPal. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or loss to the property.
Cancellation Policy:
60 days before your arrival: 50% deposit refunded
Less than 60 days before your arrival: no refund
Check-in: Saturday
Check-in time: between 15:00 and 21:00
Check-out time: by 11:00 am
