5. Soft Opening and Preview Events (December 2025)
The last milestone of this journey is the soft opening of Borgomadre, where a select group of guests will be invited to experience the property. These preview events will allow us to fine-tune our services and gather valuable feedback before the official grand opening. 1. Foundation and Structural Work (June - October 2024)
2. Exterior design and Landscaping (November 2024 - March 2025)
3. Interior Design and Furnishing (April - August 2025)
4. Completion of Amenities and Final Touches ( September - November 2025 )
Project approved and start of development. The initial phase focuses on laying the foundation and constructing the main structural framework for the villas, Villa Clementina and Villa Cosimina, as well as the communal areas, including the swimming pool and the surrounding walls.
This milestone involves the completion of the exterior construction, including roofing, windows, and doors. Additionally, the landscaping process begins, with the maintenance of our secular olive trees and the creation of private gardens for each villa. As part of our vision for the best villas in Puglia, every outdoor space will reflect the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the region.
The focus shifts to the interior of the villas, where high-end finishes, custom furnishings, and modern amenities are installed. Each space is designed to offer the utmost comfort and luxury, reflecting both the heritage and contemporary style of Puglia.
During this phase, all amenities, including the heated swimming pool, private tennis court, and outdoor kitchens, are finalized. The final touches, such as decorative elements, lighting, and outdoor furniture, are also completed. With these exclusive features, the villas will be ideal for your unforgettable holidays.
